My expectations were low, as I'd made the appointment the same day I was being seen. I was also skeptical because the office was inside a mall. Color me very wrong. This was the best and most thorough eye exam I've ever had. The doctor was amazing and provided me with detailed explanations and information. The entire staff was fabulous - on time, friendly, and efficient. And I could pop right next door for glasses. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.

The eye Center was clean and well kept. The staff especially the Eye Tech and the Eye Doctor where very pleasant and knowledgeable and customer oriented. The front desk and check in was so so as when we arrived after having to ask around where this office was located had to be fitted in and not once was any words of sorry for any inconvenience ever shared it was very business and since you missed your scheduled time. Then it was back and forth with coverage and let me go check. Then at the end of the visit since it was not shared prior to the visit that only cash or credit cards are accepted along with the total cost of the visit was mispresented prior to the visit on yesterday.They finally accepted our method of payment after checking once again. I feel that while this office may be well intentioned it needs some work on the delivery of appropriate information and customer care service presentation.

I had a wonderful experience with this location and truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received. Last Tuesday, I realized that my lens was cracked, so I took my glasses back to the store. They were very professional, helpful, and understanding, and to my surprise, I was not charged for the repair. That alone was a blessing. They explained that it could take up to 10 business days, but I received a call just 3 days later letting me know that my glasses were already ready for pickup. I was very impressed with how quickly they handled everything and how well they took care of me. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. I truly appreciate it and would highly recommend this location to others.

The staff was very polite and kind. The tech was very smart and definitely detailed oriented. The doctor was by far one of my best eye exams. He was extremely concerned in my eye care. Very thorough exam. He was very kind and listened to my concerns.

I loved the staff and the doctor. Dr Vito and the assistants were very sweet and nice. They didn’t mind answering any questions that you may had. The wait wasn’t long. The process was just amazing.
