Great service! I’ve been going here for years.I was a customer of her father’s.She has that same way of listening to my concerns that everyone doesn’t have .I am not just a number there.
This office does not prefer public aid patients and it shows. The receptionist is very rude if you have public aid you feel like a burden. If your child misses an appointment ever even one time a year ago , they won’t schedule your child again. When you ask to speak to the doctor about the situation and apologize and explain why your child missed last year (because your mom was dying of cancer) she proceeds to be rude and say that my brother has a bill he owes from 9 years ago so somehow that had something to do with my child getting an eye exam( this wasn’t brought up last time we were in, and my brother has his own address) Basically if you don’t have private insurance you are treated as less than! Also the patience with children is very minimal!
