The Eye Doctors - East Topeka

I recently had my first appointment at this Eye Doctors location and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door until the time I left the entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. The clinic itself was also immaculate and very well maintained. A special thank you to Cassody the Optician who took the time to help with my insurance and to help me figure out what things I already had on my present glasses. A special thank you to the young lady who also patiently helped me try on several different pairs of glasses giving me honest feedback on how each style looked until we found the perfect fit. Every single team member I encountered was superb. Kudos to Ashley at the front desk, Paige the office manager and E the pre-tester for their outstanding service. Lastly, a huge thank you to Dr. McDaniel the Optometrist who made the eye exam incredibly smooth, comfortable and efficient. This is a fantastic team and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top notch eye care!

I needed an eye exam quick so I looked online and found Dr. McDaniel. I made an appointment for the next day. All other optometrists were at least 3 weeks out. Outstanding staff, very professional. Dr McDaniel was great and he was very patient with me. However. I thought the eye exam was a bit pricey which cost $180 With tax included. I understand that high price tag for insurance companies but I paid with cash. I will research online to find an average eye exam cost and then I will adjust my review to submit my findings.

The front staff are all friendly, welcoming, and excellent at their jobs. The optometrist is knowledgeable, experienced, and meticulous in his work. Above all, they’re even better people than they are employees. Thank you Dr. McDaniel, Paige, Cassody, Ashley, and Aaron for the great time I had there.

The Eye Doctors office is definitely a 10 out of 10 where do I begin. Well I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The doctor provided thorough treatment, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The helpful employees were professional, attentive, and made the entire visit smooth, fun and comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

The staff were friendly, inside looked nice, and Dr. James was awesome! He's knowledgeable, funny, and helped make my first visit an easy experience! I also thought it's cool that they were able to take a picture of the inside of my eyes to check for diseases or blood vessel leakage. Would recommend checking them out!
