The Eye Place of Hamlin

We’ve been bringing our daughter to The Eye Place of Hamlin for the past few years, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff truly goes above and beyond to accommodate her needs, especially as a child with autism. Some of the exam machines can be intimidating, but the team always takes the time to explain things in advance and uses positive reinforcement to help her feel more comfortable. When it comes to picking out new glasses, Don delivers top-notch customer service every time. She is patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk us through all the options, making the process smooth and stress-free. We’re grateful to have found a place that genuinely cares about their patients.
