Dr. Pikus was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She listened to all of my concerns, asked me follow up questions, took the time to explain every option, and made sure I understood how to best support the health of my eyes. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident that my eye health was in the best hands. They also have an incredible selection of unique, fashion-forward frames that you won't find just anywhere. The staff were beyond helpful, taking the time to understand my style and helping me find a pair that was not only a statement piece, but also fit my face perfectly and my lifestyle. Their expertise, patience, and honest recommendations made all the difference, and they truly made the entire process unforgettable. From my comprehensive eye exam to finding the perfect frames and walking out completely satisfied with the final product, every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. 5 stars is not enough. My wife was left without answers at another place. We tried The Eye Spot based on reviews to get a 2nd opinion. It was the right choice. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Never felt rushed and the good Doctor Pikus listened and answered all of her questions. Glasses made in house by Scott who is warm, welcoming, and very trendy. He works magic with the glasses and has a wonderful fashion sense. Tony responded to the appointment request after hours on a Sundsy night. He has an calming manor and an eye for style. It's truly the trifecta of eye care and are now our families only choice for eye care.

Usually I do not write reviews but this time the service was beyond my expectations. I recently visited the store to buy a pair of glasses and I have to say that Svetlana and Tony were amazing helping me choose. It took me three hours to decide but all this time I never felt like they were rushing me. They were very patient and I had to chose from a big selection of excellent quality of frames. I have to say that the frames are a bit pricey but Worth every penny. The one that I ended up with took so many compliments. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking something unique, stylish in top quality.

Great Low Vision Care – Highly Recommend! After living with Stargardt’s disease and 20/400 vision, I struggled to find the right visual aids for daily tasks. I spent a lot of money at another low-vision location in the area with no success. Dr. Svetlana Pikus at The Eye Spot is exceptional. She performed a comprehensive exam and listened to my needs. She tailored everything specifically to the tasks I struggled with—things others take for granted, like reading, seeing my phone, reading menus, and tackling around-the-house projects (using a tape measure, hanging pictures, or using a screwdriver). What sets this practice apart is that Dr. Pikus allowed me to simulate the glasses and telescopes in-office before ordering. This gave me confidence that they would work for me. I bought two items—one for my e-reader and a telescopic device for detailed work—and I am already using both with great success. Tip for future patients: Go in knowing exactly what your goals are. I highly recommend bringing examples of the specific items or materials you need help seeing.
