The staff are professional and very pleasant. Dr. Patel is great. Very thorough. I’ve found my permanent eye doctor! Can’t say enough good things about everyone there.

My son & I came for our exam and eye glass prescription update. It was a great appointment - the office was clean and welcoming, all of the staff we worked with were friendly & professional and Dr Patel spent a good amount of time with each of us explaining our results and options. Definitely recommend Dr Patel & her team!

Very nice doctor and friendly, professional staff. The exam was thorough and I felt well cared for. They are also in-network for my vision insurance, which is why I chose them. That said, the pricing for glasses and additional services is definitely premium. I was quoted much higher than I expected—even for basic frames and lined bifocals with no extras—so I chose to take my prescription and explore other options. I did ask what my insurance would cover, and while it provides an allowance (around $150 toward frames), it did not go very far toward the total cost quoted. In my case, it seemed like the exam was the primary thing covered, with a significant out-of-pocket cost remaining for glasses and lenses. I also asked for my pupillary distance (PD) to be included with my prescription since I wanted the option to purchase glasses elsewhere. I was told it was not available and would need to be measured wherever I buy glasses. I understand PD is sometimes treated as a fitting measurement, but I felt it should be included since I paid for an eye exam and wanted to use my prescription where I choose. PD is important to ensure lenses are properly centered for clear, comfortable vision. I would recommend asking for a full, itemized cost breakdown and clarification of insurance coverage before committing to any purchases.

Highly recommend. Exceptionally personable and professional staff with a modern, exceptionally organized and sparkling business. In my case they went beyond what one would expect to accommodate my time as had another critical appointment I had to get too. Is great to see an entire professional staff of persons who enjoy what they do. They stepped up - didn’t have too; but chose to with a smile. Informed me of things that I needed to be mindful of and clearly conveyed next steps and what to expect on next visit. Few and far between this day in time.
