I always get THE BEST service here. Really great human customer service is rare these days but the staff here are the kindest people and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Dr Pike is awesome! Friendly, explains what's happening. This really is a great place. I'm so grateful for Walmart Vision Center. Thank You!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Margaret at the Vision Center at Walmart in Panama City Beach. She quite literally saved my entire week. I’m four states away from home on vacation, and as a busy college student, I had procrastinated ordering my new contacts. On the first day of my trip, one of my contacts went bad — and it completely threw everything off. I called two different eye care offices and was turned away by both, even though I had an updated prescription. As a last resort, we walked into Walmart Vision because that’s who we trust back home for emergencies. From the moment we met Margaret, everything changed. She stepped in immediately, listened, and genuinely cared that I was in a tough spot. She found me trial lenses right away and even offered to order my full prescription and ship it to my house. On top of that, she checked their inventory — and they actually had my prescription in stock. I walked out with a full supply of brand-new contacts that I had been putting off ordering. Margaret didn’t have to go above and beyond for someone from out of state, but she did. She was kind, efficient, professional, and truly compassionate. She turned what could have been a stressful, frustrating week into a completely solved problem within minutes. If you’re in Panama City Beach and need vision care, ask for Margaret. She is an absolute gem.

If you purchase glasses from here don’t do an exchange if an eye doc changes your prescription. Make sure you do a return and a complete separate order or you’ll be stuck in the same return window and no one will tell you that! Just got screwed on over $200 pair of glasses that don’t work for me. Better yet don’t even bother using them to fill a prescription. Another eye doctor told me they made them completely wrong with where the focal points should be in the glasses. Best to avoid this place.

I was here from out of town and was in a bind when the team at the Walmart Vision Center made me feel like a priority. I had called everyone else I could find in the PCB area, and they were the only ones willing and able to help (and were kind and polite in the process). Virginia, the in-house doctor, and the entire team went above and beyond with exceptional customer care.

Vacationing and had a possible eye emergency! This office squeezed me in and the staff was friendly and kind. The doctor was awesome…knowledgeable, calming, and personable! If I lived in this area I would chose and trust this office with my eye care!
