I stopped in here without even being a regular customer because I needed help fixing my glasses, and I’m so glad I did. The employees super friendly. Samantha the woman who helped me was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. She made sure I understood what was going on and went above and beyond to help fix the issue. It’s rare to come across that level of genuine customer service, especially when you’re just a walk-in. I’m so thankful for the help I received and will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

I’m a longtime customer of Eyes On Worcester. It’s been 30 years when you count the previous owner. The current owners, Dr. Feucht and Dr. Saini, are good optometrists. However their frame buying experiences is horrendous and I switched to an optician shop across town. The office manager is hostile. I bought a $400 pair of glasses from them recently and they fit so poorly that they were causing gouges and sores on the top of my nose. I went to ask them to adjust them and this office manager says “oh you can’t adjust those glasses.” So I went across town to my new optician and he spent 20 minutes and put a lot of care into his work to make them fit. I had a similar experience a few years ago with another pair of glasses at Eyes on Worcester. If you want good eye care and checkups go there. But never ever buy a pair of glasses there. The person who usually does it doesn’t have much experience compared to a real optician. And then the office manager on speaking about is completely lacking in respect for the customer.

Warning: EoW false advertises that they have emergency services. Just went and was turned away. This is reported to the FTC and the AGO. I had a real emergency and they just said, "good luck with that". Edit: two retinal tears; thankfully another optomotrist actually cared. Update: two retinal tears. To reader: check out my edit on the bottom where I come with literal proof they're lying and if you don't believe me their staff is awful, just look at the dozens of 1 - star ratings talking about their lack professionalism. To the owners: I run a business, and the way that the young Hispanic woman at the front desk on 5/26/26 at 1 PM acted would result in immediate removal from customer facing positions. She was incredibly unhelpful; she didn't offer to look if any appts were open same day, she didn't ask what the problem was, and she didn't try to schedule the soonest appt. I also spent 15 mins on the phone without an answer, which is why I went in person. This is incredibly bad customer service, bordering on being rude and incompetent. Edit: ANOTHER reason not to work with these people, they can't admit when they messed up and try to blame the customer for the bad experience. So let's see - I brought receipts (attached). Clearly showing 15 minutes in wait time. Uh oh - caught you lying red handed. Blatant lie #2? Even IF I left the building before she could say anything (there was a 10 second awkward silence), I was outside the building clearly visible in the windows, where I waited for an Uber for about 4 minutes. So...yea...you had plenty of time. Blatant lie #3 - yea, she did say good luck with that. So, instead of saying, "we apologize you felt you had a poor experience with us, there seemed to be a miscommunication and we will review our phone and front desk practices." you decided to LIE. This shows your true character and when the top (managers/owners) are rotten, bad practices spread throughout the organization.

Great people who work here. A little busy, but only because half of worcester attends here. Great selection to choose from. We like the Nike glasses. They start eyes exams at 6 months or 1 yr.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid 445 dollars for my glasses. I always keep my glasses in my car, usually in the glove box, and I’ve never had this problem with any other pair. Less than a month after getting these, strange lines appeared on the lenses, almost like the glass was cracking. They replaced the lenses once, and I was told to pay thirty-five dollars, which I did. But just couple of days later, the exact same thing happened again. Then I was told they couldn’t replace them because I had already used my replacement. The staff also said I didn’t have scratch protection which I asked for my receipt and definitely they charged me for it and claimed they had warned me not to leave my glasses in a hot car when I picked them up. That never happened. When I picked up my replacement glasses, they just adjusted them and handed them to me. Nobody discussed heat or gave care instructions. If someone had told me heat could permanently damage the lenses, I would have avoided it. Instead, I spent445 dollars on glasses that I wasn’t even able to use, and no one was willing to help. What a Waste of money and time.
