I had a horrible experience in this place. I advise all to not come here. The staff in the front desk area are so messy, took me forever to check in and check out because the girls themselves were not knowledgeable and showed me attitude instead. When it comes to the technicians, yikes, who even hired them. They take forever to come and get you and are not even nice to you, showing even more attitude. Plus, I see them always in their corner on their phones, talking about irrelevant stuff, and more shocking, they were making fun of patients’ appearances and the fact that some patients ask too many questions. That is not appropriate and acceptable behavior. When it came to the doctor he was so rushed, would push my head into the machine, and would make rude remarks whenever I talked or asked a question. Even the scribe was rude too with the same behavior. Moreover, once out of the room they would make looks to each other, again making fun or being annoyed with the patient as if I couldn’t see them do that. I don’t even know how this place is running, and their behavior and work should be looked into. This is absolutely unacceptable, they should be shut down.

I had an excessively long visit at this office—arrived at 1:30 pm for a 1:50 appointment and did not leave until 4:20 pm. As a new patient, I was particularly disappointed by this experience. At check-in, I was incorrectly told I could not be seen due to a missing referral, despite my PCP having sent one in January. This reflects a concerning lack of organization. I was also required to pay a $70 “refraction fee” in addition to my copay in order to be seen. The fee was not properly explained; I was simply directed to read a posted sign. After contacting the billing office, I was informed that this fee is considered cosmetic and does not have a CPT code. This raises serious concerns about transparency and whether the charge is eligible for insurance coverage. Additionally, the front desk clerk was unfriendly and lacked professionalism, which further detracted from the experience. Overall, the visit was marked by poor communication, questionable billing practices, and a lack of basic customer service. This office would benefit from significantly improving its administrative processes and how it communicates with patients.
Ive been a patient in this clinic for many years have had no problem whatsoever however on.my appointment on feb they ere charging $70 for a refraction fee this was new to me and the only explanation from the male staff at the desk is that my doctor ordered it, as far as I know refraction is done to determine the eyeglass prescription which is usually done by my optometrist yearly and I don't go to this clinic for that, this staff has no customer service at all he was very firm that I should pay otherwise they cannot check me in to see the doctor, I refuse to pay w/o any explanation of what this is all about, I've been seeing Dr.Patil for a long time she's a very good and kind doctor sweet as can be the reason why I go to this clinic even if I have to travel 45 min to get here. Not sure if she's aware why she didn't see me on my appointment day .
Every step is well studied.example Prints to be signed, phone call received, text messages received, Clinical visits, eye exams, measurements are fun The staff takes good care of us You just let them do their work They know what they are doing and everything will be fine The staff helps you cuz they are many and know you by your name As soon as you step in there are many receptionists to answer to your questions, I was perplexed. about measurements but it turned out fun, I loved it . The Center for Sight has always received five stars from me in the past. May 13, 2026 was totally different. It was a clown show trying to make my next appointment and paying my bill. Took over 45 minutes!! This is unacceptable. The ordeal made me late for my next appointment. The 'new' admin staff needs alot more training. Very disappointing
