Wonderful experience. Switched from Coastal Eye Institute to The Eye Associates for my daughter. She’s autistic and requires some patience and a unique approach. The whole staff was very welcoming and courteous. Shout out to the tech, Alicia (sp?) and Dr. Jake Dubin who were both very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Glad we switched here and look forward to future visits.

Doctor Bausbach is so amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything very well, very compassionate and accommodating, we highly-recommend him! Assistants and front desk associates are great, very friendly, helpful and customer-oriented, except for the optical shop lady named Nic/Nicole. So cold, unfriendly, unaccommodating and speaks condescendingly, although we were so nice and friendly to her. She should try to be pleasant to people.
Very unhappy with a new practice that this office has started. If you don't confirm your text the day before, they cancel your appointment without any notice! This is ridiculous. They don't take into account your previous record of showing up for appointments or how long you've been with the practice.
I have been going to this branch of the Eye Associates for 4-5 years and this appointment was the best I have had. I was in and out within a hour including a complete eye exam. The technician that did my refraction was very pleasant and did a very good job with a pleasant personality. My doctor checked her results and agreed that she did an excellent job
From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted and made to feel like "you belong". Everyone takes care to make sure you're ok & if there's anything you need. Also, everyone is very helpful. The worst feeling is to go to a Doctor & the staff acts like you've interrupted them during a life or death situation....when you only asked a question or needed help. Well.. NOT in this office! Everyone is really, really pleasant to deal with. That is such a nice change in today's crazy world.
