Scheduled an online appointment with the optometrist. The receptionist greeted me, and got me registered quickly. Got my vision tested. And new prescription. When it was time to look at frames, Miss Pam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Meta Ray-Ban glasses I was interested in. Overall, I was pleased with my services.

Update 4/10/23: NOTE the address on Google maps is wrong! It is 6725 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL. I still love these folks and the service provided by Dr. Prince and the ladies working in the Lens Crafter store, specifically Brenda who has sold me my glasses for almost 20 years now. HOWEVER, the new location is a major problem. There are lights and digital screens EVERYWHERE! Anyone suffering with photophobic migraines… this new design is a nightmare. Honestly, if I didn’t have such a connection with the staff I would find a new place to for my eye care. The design might be new and trendy but customer needs were not considered in the planning and it is very disappointing. If you have any eye conditions that cause light sensitivity beware before you enter. *** end update*** I LOVE this LensCrafters! We have been coming here for our eye care needs for almost TWENTY years! Dr. Prince is a great eye doctor and the ladies in the frame department are fantastic! We always ask for Brenda. She is so knowledgeable and always finds us the best deals to save us the most money. She helps find the frames we are looking for and orders my husband’s in matte black when they are not in stock in the store. The stock is extensive and they have Covid procedures in place to keep folks healthy. Every pair of frames you touch go in a tray and are cleaned before they go back on display. The ladies are extremely efficient in cleaning and restocking the displays so you get the largest selection possible. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone looking for superior eye care and stylish glasses.

Lackluster customer service! The staff tells you anything and underperforms behind the scenes. 1. Did not place correct information in my file yet punish me, making it MY responsibility to go back in with the same exact ID and insurance card I provided initially upon ordering my frames. 2. Given a 10 day period for classes. I called 2 weeks and a date later all to find out that they had a note about a delay in the system yet refused to simply reach out to inform me (and no my phone number and email werent input incorrectly). I now have to wait 2 more weeks. 3. I was not able to complete my sentences on the phone until I outright asked the young lady to "let me speak". 4. Had to call back asking for a manager in order to be taken seriously and still wasn't transferred. -10 stars

I got an exam 6/6/26 and ordered glasses. I advised them I need my glasses asap. They indicated they would expedite my order to get here in a week today 6/15. There telling it’s at the warehouse and ready to ship 6/21. The lady I spoke today was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never doing business here again.

Love Dr. Prince and staff! They are always helpful, down to earth and friendly. They look to save you money. Highly recommend!
