Pickup orders are horrendous at this location. Checked in on the app then waited in car for 45 minutes, called 3 times to no answer and no call back. Never had this problem at any of the other 3 locations nearby. Workers walking up and down texting people. There is no urgency, and it’s a shame because I really was trying to convince family members and roommates that this the way to shop. Will not be picking up in this location ever again. It’d be quicker to go across town.

I never make reviews on any place but this was so bad that it needed one. If you have Anika at the register just go to any other checkout line. Slowest worker maybe ever. it took 15 mins for her to finish. If i had like a lot of items yeah thats normal. I had maybe 15 and she scanned one by one and put everything in its own bag.
I cannot say enough good things about Angel in the car service department. My battery died right as he was preparing to close, and as a single mother of four, I was incredibly stressed and worried about being stranded. Despite it being the end of the day, Angel went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to accommodate my vehicle, treated me with kindness and professionalism, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. His willingness to stay late and make sure I was taken care of meant more than he probably realizes. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Angel’s compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping customers truly set him apart. I am extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend this service department because of employees like him. Thank you, Angel, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. You made a real difference for me and my family.
Oh my goodness some of the ladies in customer service,Don't know what it means. So mean and a.m. and a.m. check out is just as bad.It is sad to see the im sorry but older ladies loving to tell customers no, instead of helping find a substitute or an alternative solve to whatever problem.if you are there are there later at night you will be told you gotta go every five minutes and not nicely. There are ways to say things that get the point across in a funny or nice manner.I really do not like to shop somewhere the people are so bitter.I heard walmart pays well and I know some of the public can be aweful. I find if u try to be positive you get positive back.
While the store itself is well-stocked, this location consistently fails to comply with local city noise ordinances. They frequently schedule loud commercial deliveries and parking lot sweeping during designated quiet hours (between 10 PM and 7 AM), creating significant disturbances for the surrounding neighborhood." They constantly run their forklifts after hours outside (10pm+) if anyone can like my comment and promote it, any support is welcomed.
