The staff was efficient and skilled and the physician, Dr Reid, was pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and informative. She took time to review test results and her explanations were thorough and easy to understand. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing care for retinal disorders.
Dr Reid is the best. Emergency staff are wonderful also. A very good place to go if you need help with your retinas.
The Retina Group of Washington (Columbia) did a fantastic job from the initial scheduling phone call to the care/treatment I received from the staff. I called on a Friday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday. Every staff member from the receptionist, to the doctor (Dr. Reid) were friendly and carried themselves with great professionalism. The wait for my initial eye exam took ~45 minutes, but from there, the rest of the appointment was fast and flowed quickly with no extra waiting around. Dr. Reid explains things well and takes time to listen to any questions or concerns.
