I had an 8:30 appointment with Dr. Miller. I arrived and checked in at 8:30. Within 10 minutes I was in the examination room, soon after was given standard question and eye test from assistants. I sat there in that room for over 30 minutes waiting for my appointment with Dr. Miller. She NEVER showed!! At 9:35 I left the room and checked out without seeing Dr. Miller or receiving any explanations or apologies. I was asked if I would like to reschedule. Were they serious??? Why would I waste another morning?? Very, very poor. Inexcusable!

Vision Care Center is top notch all the way from check-in, choosing glasses to check-out. Everyone is friendly, helpful and assures you are satisfied with your experience. Dr. Miller, Joni, and Amy are the reason why I see (pardon the pun). Go check this center out, you will not regret it.
Receptionist (Brianna) was VERY rude when she called me to set up my appointment. Attitude quickly changed when I asked for her name again though. Haven’t had my first visit and already unimpressed
Great Experience. I had not seen Dr. Jon since my cataract surgery, 2017. Dr. Jon and his staff were very helpful, and kind.
I just did a review and it was already taken down evidently. I was told by 2 different employees Here I was paid in full. 5 hours later I received a text message invoice telling me I still owed 97 dollars. Having my glasses less than a month one of the nose pads came off. I came in thinking my glasses had some kind of warranty. They said they found one to fit and normally it would be a 10 dollar charge but they gave me this one for free this time. I'm looking for another vision care center next time. This place is all about maximum profit, not customer service. Bob Tenbarge
