I really enjoy this location. The staff is very attentive and provides focused service. When I had issues with my contacts, the staff was quick to assist. Dr. Wang was also excellent, helping me select contacts that best suit my daily needs. Will definitely come back for my yearly check up!
This is my go-to eye center in Vegas. Dr.Chung is super amazing and oh so helpful! He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions that I have for me and my son. Ms.Brandee, is so friendly and so helpful as well. She assisted me and my son in picking the right glasses for us. We are a very happy customer for 6 years!
I needed new lenses inserted into my eyeglass frames that i had purchased from my eye Dr in my hometown. I had read great reviews about this shop & i was not disappointed when i had Rafael help me. He inserted the new lenses at no charge & was very helpful answering all my questions. I didnt have to wait at all, & the staff was pleasant as well. I will definitely return next time i need help again!
Cannot recommend this business enough. Totally professional and efficient from top to bottom. I had an urgent need to see an eye specialist and got in on very short notice. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me. The doctor was kind and comforting and took the time to help me understand what was going on. Medical providers can be hit or miss in this city and this is certainly one of the good ones.
Very impressed with this place! My first time there. You walk in and it’s like a breath of fresh air. So crisp and clean and open. Very inviting when you walk in with a warmth and at home feel. Staff was amazing! No high pressure at all with a sense that each and everyone that worked there genuinely cared about you as the customer.
