Thomas Eye Group

I've been a patient for years and I love Dr.Abril. The staff is friendly and their technology is up to date. My one complaint and it's been this way for years this that the appointment time is ridiculously long. I came in at 12:30 and didn't leave until 3pm. I did not have a dilation however, I did see Gustavo in contacts. I essentially have to take a half day off just to go see the optometrist. I feel certain that this time frame could be much faster.

Last minute appointment. I walked into the office because I really needed to see Dr. Larry Heit but the receptionist said he had a very full schedule till end of August. She was nice and searched and was ready to walk me in next Thursday but you know God is good. Immediately the Dr walked by and I told him that I needed to see him. He talked her into double booking him for next day. I love Thomas eye group. Patient first all the way. Thank you Dr. Larry Heit. 20 stars.

Employees and doctors are all great! Very professional and attentive to patient needs. Fair pricing. Wait times are crazy. Routine annual visit lasted 90 minutes +. This has been my experience over the past 3-5 years.

I had a great experience at Thomas Eye Group while being evaluated for cataracts. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this is a well-run operation. Everything felt organized, efficient, and intentional. The technicians were especially impressive—professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail throughout the entire process. They took the time to ensure each step was done carefully, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. It makes a difference when you can tell a team is working together seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Great experience everytime. Usually pretty fast and well run. I showed up early today and they got me in before my appt. May not happen usually but very grateful today and appt. went smoothly.
