Thomas Eye Group

The doctor and nurse were kind, caring, and provided good care during my 7-year-old daughter's first visit to Thomas Eye Group. However, my experience with the front desk staff was less positive. We were not greeted upon arrival, and one staff member appeared unfriendly. Additionally, they didn't even informed us about the children's waiting area, so we remained in the adult waiting area for the entire visit. Improving the welcome and guidance provided by front desk staff especially for the 1st time visitor would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.

I started seeing Dr. Berman a couple of years ago and he’s been wonderful. I’m glad I made the change to this practice. The office is so well run and staff very professional and personable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Berman.

I had such a great experience at Thomas Eye Group! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The front desk staff made check-in super easy, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting forever like at other places. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how thorough the exam was. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want the best for your eye health. The office itself was clean, modern, and very well organized, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Thomas Eye Group more—amazing staff, great care, and a really positive experience from start to finish!

I had not been to TE Group in a couple of years because of my previous insurance!! The tests were done smoothly and staff was very good. Dr. Berman, who did a cataract surgery years ago, was friendly as always, and gave me the results!! All is well, and I am happy to have returned!!

Dr Singh is great! Probably the most thorough and polite optometrist I've ever been too. It late in the day and I didn't feel that weird tension of him or staff trying to close up for the day. Answered all my questions thoroughly. All the staff was polite and professional, except very first tech went right into talking at me. No intro of herself and what we'd begin with. Still, she was very nice and I eventually got past my confusion.
