I've been taking my mom to see him for 2.5 years and I have nothing but amazing experience with Dr. Thamas John. Very professional, knowledgeable with treating my mom's complicated issues, answers our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

FYI,! The loud, rude woman at the desk is Dr. John's wife! She is the main reason I saw Dr. John only once. She yelled at and humiliated me because I declined to buy certain wipes that I didn't think I needed. The waiting room was so packed that I had to wait standing in the hallway until a seat became available inside. A month earlier, I had been given another appointment date and time , but when I arrived the office was closed! Not worth the aggravation from such inconsiderate people!

My husband has an appointment today at 2:00. We arrived at 1:30 to get paperwork done early. He was not seen by the doctor until 4:15. The so called office manager was an absolute fool. She was constantly yelling at the two girls upfront. It seemed as though she was trying to show that she was the boss. All she was doing was interfering them from doing their job. She called them to tell them to take another patient before us He walked in an hour after us. It was completely unprofessional. The other man that worked there who dilated my husbands eyes was also unprofessional. He kept trying to talk over my husband and tried to ignore what I was trying to say. It seems he doesn’t have any respect for women. That doesn’t sit well with us. When we finally met with Dr John he was pleasant and polite. I would recommend this doctor and the two women in the front office but if he keeps the other man and office manager I would say do not go there!!!

An excellent Dr., my cataract was critical, advanced and progressed. I needed an experienced dr. for this stage to do my surgery. My vision went from extremely cloudy vision to clear again. He is skillful and very knowledgable. I recumbent him.

Dr Thomas John is knowledgeable in his field. However, his Office Manager is beyond rude! Openly discussing patient’s outstanding balances in front of other patients. It is unprofessional, embarrassing, and intentional patient shaming. She also berates employees in front of patients. There is a huge staff turnover. He needs to fire her and never rehire her nor Abdul. He should also invest in his office. Waiting room desperately needs new chairs. Stop overbooking patients for the exact same time. Unprofessional! I understand emergencies when patient stitch pop or after surgery complications. However, simply overbooking for money is ridiculous. Also, if the insurance info is the same since previous visits, there is no need to make a copy of their insurance card. Waste of paper. Take that money and purchase new chairs. Hopefully, Dr. John reviews these assessments; wherein he takes some immediate action. Otherwise, I will not be recommending anyone to his practice.
