The doctors and nurse very respectful and patient with me. I took a hot minute looking for some sunglasses and regular glasses. The lady that helped me was fantastic and the doctor she was fantastic. Also explain things very well to me and they also do tap to pay, which was very convenient.
They really care about the customer service there. Never feel rushed and willing to adjust the fit of the glasses with out an appointment.
Entire staff is professional and easy to work with. They are as accommodating as possible, and will work with you to get glasses just right for you. Dr. Ritter is one of the most patient medical people have ever worked with.
Would highly recommend. Not only is the staff the most kindest and knowledgeable people but this company has amazing technology to determine what you need. I have struggled with my eyes for the last 12 years. I can finally see again after ordering my glasses through them. They arrived quickly and I was notified right when they came in. I will forever use this doctor. Thank you Ritter and Hagee!
The office staff is great and the doctora are great. Christy in the glasses side is so helpful when picking out glasses. And something goes wrong and you need eyeglasses repair they are on the ball.
