Everything from the first phone call, eye exam, and ordering glasses was great. Everyone was so helpful and patient. When it was time to pick out new frames I was quickly overwhelmed with the options but Brianna and Marissa are the best and saved me! Instead of making me feel too picky they asked questions to find out what I was looking for then brought me all the best options! I chose one of their selections and am so thankful they were there to help!

I took my kiddos here for the first time and we had a great experience both separate times that I was there, couldn’t figure out the insurance and Mario was really helpful on the phone, then Dr Tina Kastler was so patient with my daughter that was terrified. My son couldn’t find glasses that he liked and he was also helped, everyone is so nice there! I will keep bringing them there every year.

YEP! "I get my glasses at Walmart"... this location is AWESOME! - Daniel and Marissa are always very helpful and do a great job of taking care of their customers. Dr. Sherry Kastler is amazing!!! Very thorough and very focused on you as a patient... not just checking boxes. Hope this review goes up the corporate ladder... this store stands out compared to others and your competition. WELL Done... been using this location for about 4 - 5 years.

Another vote for online optometry. Kastler was abrupt and rushed and not warm tone, though no other customers waiting. Many forceful upsell tactics (You have two options, this $25 one or that $25 one…. But no option to NOT buy). Office staff was nice.

My visit here was awesome here! The Optometry name “Tina Kastler” really made me customer experience good and definitely will return to this Walmart Vision center because of her. She went above and beyond to make my exam comfortable, also shows a lot of care into the job and actually helping others! Also Brittany the worker there was really sweet and kind also letting me know about discounts without asking. She just seems very trustworthy and honest and thank you guys.
