Receptionist was very helpful & kind at the Augusta location. They had a cancelation and she was able to assist me in getting a appointment. All the staff & MD were knowledgeable & caring. Wonderful place!

My experience at Tippet Eye Care was outstanding! Staff was helpful and courteous. Special shout-out to Zaniyah. She was able to select the perfect pair of frames that I needed. She made my concerns at ease with her knowledge of what frames would best and suit my needs. She also made getting my glasses a pleasure. She personally made arrangements so I could avoid the long drive into the city. Thank you Zaniyah and Tippet Eye Care for all your help!!!

Mrs. Cass was amazing and very helpful she went over board with helping me find the perfect fit for the style I was looking for. I definitely think yall should keep her on the team and move her to the highest level possible, don’t forget to give her a raise! Lol and the other girls was very helpful as well with the decision making of my new Guess Glasses ! Amen

Just called to confirm my daughter’s appointment and the lady on the phone was so rude I told her thank you and all she said was “ahuh” and hang up the phone. Do better with your customer service there should be no one to be that rude sitting at the front desk

Today, I entered into the establishment needing assistance in replacing my son’s glasses and the staff was so helpful. Wendy went over and beyond contacting my insurance company to verify benefits for both myself and my son. We were able to get appointments and realize we hadn’t taken advantage of any of our vision benefits. She worked with my schedule and found the perfect times for us. They are very friendly and professional. I loved it!
