TLC eyewear is fantastic!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and highly personable!! I came in needing a fairly complex prescription, that the doctor handily provided and they delivered on time, within my budget and with a smile! My new glasses are exemplary in every way! While I was picking them up, I ordered a set of sunglasses as well! I couldn’t recommend anyone more confidently for service, product and experience! Thank you TLC!

TLC eyewear is a wonderful practice. Dave, Tricia, Jenna, and all of the staff are truly a pleasure to interact with. The customer service is top-notch and the quality of the eyewear and care is the best around. We trust this practice with our family's eye health.

My sister went and raved about a good experience which lead my mom to go and get her prescription. I later returned with my mom to pick out her glasses and talk about her getting progressive lenses with Dave. Dave was wonderful, patient and hilarious. As well as Tracy! She was just as wonderful! They made the time pleasant and enjoyable. So much so I booked my eye appointment to come back with Tracy. I had my Optometrist appointment with Dr. Jana. She was very polite. She dilated my eyes. While I always waiting Dave and Jenna were awesome and helped me by picking out frames that they thought would look good on me. I picked and bought 2 pairs! Everyone in that office has been nice and pleasant but Dave, Tracy and Jenna are really great! Impossible not to leave the office with a smile! No problem with my glasses. Provided me with cleaner, wipe in each glasses case. And to come back if I had any issues, needed anything else or just to drop by to say hi!

Thank you to the entire staff at TLC Eyewear in Canton David, Kerri, and Jenna made my experience seamless from start to finish. From picking out lenses to adjusting my script to my personal needs and ontime delivery of my new glasses. Such a pleasant over all experience. I highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood for new glasses. Go check them out behind the Shaws plaza in Canton. They are a hidden gem for sure.

Great experience with TLC eyewear - they were a real lifesaver! My daughter's contact lens order elsewhere got unexpectedly delayed, then we were informed that they could not refill it without another appointment. She was headed back to school the next day. Her previous optometrist didn't have any availability for months but TLC made time for her that day then worked with her for the follow ups for the new glasses and contact prescription. The new lenses work even better for her than the old ones! They gave her "samples" to use until her full order came in - super strong scrip so hers always take a while. The only downside was that I didn't find out until after ordering online that TLC could have gotten us the lenses for a better price directly. Thanks so much to the whole team there!
