I had such an amazing experience getting my glasses! Stephanie and Elmira were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They helped me find the perfect pair, made sure everything fit comfortably, and took the time to answer all my questions. The level of care and attention they gave really stood out. I have been to this store 3 times and they still cannot get my prescription correct. Driving from Anna to here 3 times because of something they cannot get right is absolutely ridiculous. The doctor was fantastic, but why am I having to deal with this and spend hundreds of dollars for it still not working? I have also asked for my prescription 3 times with no prescription sent. They are also very hard to get ahold of. I’m very disappointed, as I had high hopes. Edit: Stephanie has been absolutely amazing. She hand delivered my glasses on the way home. She’s been in constant contact with updates. I’m very grateful that she has tried to make this write and be helpful! I updated the stars.
Went for my first visit today and I absolutely love this place! The staff are top tier and my experience felt customized. The front desk ladies were attentive upon arrival with welcoming smiles. I was greeted by name. Then the guy assistant handled my initial exams. He was very informative of the process, patient for my questions and had an overall pleasant demeanor. He even gave me a cold water while I waited for the dr which was no time at all. The dr came in with a welcoming demeanor as well. He had actual conversation instead of just clipboard talk. I can see why his team is so positive & professional with a humble leader such as him. I was walked thru everything step by step and I saw the whole team work together to meet my needs between check in, exams, fitting and insurance process. They offered options that fit my needs and budget. I will be switching my family to this location. I am so grateful for a stellar experience, give them a try!
