Today'S Vision Las Colinas

While I was eating lunch, the lens suddenly popped out of my glasses. Since Today’s Vision Las Colinas was nearby, we stopped in to see if they could help. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile. They quickly repaired my glasses, straightened the frames, and cleaned the lenses until they looked better than they had in a long time. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into an outstanding one. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Today’s Vision Las Colinas for both their excellent service and genuinely caring staff.

I took my nephew to get his eyes check about a week ago. he does not like doctors of any kind nor any place that he has to take exams. this was the first time he was actually happy when we left. the people were so nice and always happy to help. the doctor was great too. dr. Hayter was calm and answered any questions my nephew asked. which was great and i know made my nephew calm. other places would just ignore him or give a simple answer with no details about what they were doing. i was highly impressed. this will be the place we will go to from now on. also for the rest of my family.

This is an exceptional place where the focus is entirely on giving professiona top notch care and customer service. Pia Roundtree provided outstanding service and is very knowledgeable about the products. I will be a returning customer. Thanks for being the Best Today's Vision. JoAnn Donelson

It’s been wonderful experience throughout the years, the staff Yesenia, Julissa are super friendly and attentive, Dr.Hayter is the most professional and nice eye doctor ever, thank you everyone!

Assistant took the time to take a look at my broken eyeglass frames that I love, were considered vintage and no longer manufactured. Repaired them in less than 10 minutes and nice enough not to charge as they mentioned it was just a screw that had backed out. Went to 2 previous eyeglass locations ( In the immediate area) and was told they could not be repaired. Obvious sales tactic to push me into new frames. Trust and honesty seems to be a lost expectation. It was a small and refreshing customer service experience that let's me know those expectations do still exist, at least at Today's Vision Las Colinas!
