Had an eye exam here a few weeks ago. My whole family has been going here for years. When they called me to ask about my insurance the person I spoke to was rude and said I wasn’t in my husbands policy. I called my husband after I assured her I was. He verified and I was on there . I called her back and she was like yeah well maybe he just added you. I was really annoyed when she said it because I’m sure she just wasn’t doing something right. So I just let it go and still went to my appointment. When I got there everyone was nice and I went right in. When I left I asked for the pd and the lady seemed annoyed because of course they want you to buy glasses there. When she wrote the pd down she wrote it extremely small and the 6 looked like a 1. Once I get home I start to shop around for my glasses when I notice there was no number for my left eye cyl and I knew something was wrong because that’s my bad eye. I call them and question them about it and they contacted the doctor and sure enough they gave me the wrong prescription. They said sorry and sent me the correct one. So unacceptable. What If I hadn’t checked my old prescription and noticed something was wrong and ordered a bad set of glasses. I would not recommend and will not be going back again. Nor will my kids or husband and I will tell my family as well. I should of known better few years ago they messed up my brothers glasses and put the prescription on the opposite eye. Just wanted to put this out there so everyone is aware and double checks their prescription.

First time going there and the ladies were all so sweet even the main doctor she was so sweet had patience while doing the eye exam on my 7yr old daughter will definitely be going back with my other daughter soon

I have been going to Dr. Mostelli for 14 years. I have always loved her staff. And the doctor is wonderful! My boys are curious and she took the time to talk to them and encourage their curiosity in optometry. When I moved further away I would drive across Pasadena just for this office.

Do NOT recommend this location or doctor. My daughter and I gave up on them as they couldn’t seem to get her prescription correct. It took WEEKS to get her trial contacts and no one called when they were finally ready. Didn’t matter anyways as she still couldn’t see with them. Basically wasted my insurance benefits in their office. Two stars because staff was friendly and wait times weren’t too long.
