I have been going to this fishing care location for two years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctor is very thorough. I feel very confident about my Eye health after speaking with her. They have a great selection and I have been very happy with my glasses and the experience every time I’ve gone. I would highly recommend them.

This has been my third year going to this location and optometrist. They are very efficient, professional and caring with check in and the beginning process. Doc is amazing. I love her. She sees you as a human and not another body. She is caring and clear direction and talked with me about my eye care, not too me. She was kindly responsive to my questions without talking down to me. And check out the women answered all my questions and were so helpful about what glasses looked good in my face! Highly recommend this happy valley Norterra location!
I was greeted professionally and warmly upon entering. Walked through the steps, all tests done efficiently and wuickly. My time with the optometrist (Lily), was warm and informed! She took as much time as I needed to explain whatever was going on with my eyes and showed me the photos to back up her explanations. I was very happily surprised, and happy I made the decision to try them out!!
My lens popped out and got chipped in the fall. I brought them in to see if they could put the lens back in and they were able to do so easily. On top of that the person helping me looked to see if I had purchased the warranty originally and apparently I did! He offered to do a new set under warranty which was a pleasant surprise for me. I had totally forgotten that I even purchased the extended warranty. Thanks to him, in a couple weeks I'll be good as new.
Stay away. Cost WITH insurance is higher than without at many other places. You don't find this out until you arrive and they start nickel and diming you, then hand you forms for futher nickel and diming. I walked out. Made an appointment at another facility same same for much lower cost.... Now I remember why I stopped going to Visionworks a looooooong time ago. Only scheduled because they're on my insurance approved list... Nope, not again.
