The staff was friendly. They were willing to help and not pushy explaining the additional options. The Dr. was also very nice and she explained what she was looking for in the photos of my eyes and what to expect in the future.
Anna was such a wonderful associate, and I'm incredibly grateful for her service! I have graduation photos today and she went above and beyond to not only make sure my new glasses fit nicely, but she even went out of the way to clean my old ones for me (I don't have a cleaning cloth for that pair) to make sure they looked good for the photos! She recommended I wear my old pair because of the anti-glare, and I could not be more thankful! I love this visionworks, and never had any issues with anyone who works here; they're all so wonderful 😊

Friendly staff, from the eye exam to picking up the glasses, everyone made me feel welcomed and was helpful in answering questions. I got a text saying my appointment was rescheduled, which was disappointing. I called in and they fixed it right away.
