It's been several years since I've gotten an eye exam and I was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff was. There was a minimal wait and I did not feel like my time was wasted. My wife went with me and we were both very happy with how smoothly it went and how fast we were in and out. I haven't had an eye exam in over ten years and we were in and out with a new prescription and new glasses picked out in under an hour. There's a 2 week wait for the new glasses, which is the only downside, but they're sourced out of state so I think that's still reasonable enough. The experience makes up for the wait for my new specs.

Dr Le was very knowledgeable explaining everything to me in a way I could understand my vision issue. He took the extra time to take additional scans to make sure nothing was being missed. I felt they really care about their patients and want the best outcome for them. The staff was very helpful as well helping me pick out eyewear and explaining everything to me. I highly recommend them for all your vision needs!

Vision works Was a good experience. I’ve been using them the past two years. Dr. Le was very informative going over my exam and the staff was great. Mimi was a representative that took care of my glasses fittings and any questions I may have for my lenses. I would highly recommend them. They are off the signal Butte location in Mesa.

Absolutely worst customer service I have experienced. My replacement glasses were shipped to another location across the valley even though I called and checked online for verification for it to be at this location. When I tried to request from the associate to verify with the other store, she blatantly lied to my face about the location being open/available. Even after her lying about that, I requested to have them transferred to my location and she made that responsibility my own to arrange on my own time that they wasted to begin with. As someone who's being in customer service for over 7 years, I have never been so brushed off in my entire life. I hope I never have to deal with this corp ever again.

Superstition Gateway is by far the best Visionworks I have ever been to. Not only was the clinic office staff friendly, Dr. Lee was beyond amazing! He helped me not only get my prescription fixed but went above and beyond to make sure I understood the difference between the two and felt good about the new one! Walking me through each step and being so patient with all my questions. The sales associates were also wonderful! No pressure to buy but more than happy to help if you do. I would give them more stars if I could.
