This place is absolute trash! THREE TIMES they make excuses and can't deliver on their appointment schedule! Whoever manages this place needs to be fired and their receptionists right along with them! IF YOU ARENT GOING TO BE ABLE TO SEE ME, CALL AND LET ME KNOW BEFORE I DRIVE 40 MINUTES! Is that such a hard concept to master?

I came to Visionworks needing a slab-off correction on my lenses, which is essential for me, not optional. I made a point of confirming this in advance and triple-checked with the staff that it would be done before placing my order. I was assured it would. It never happened. The slab-off was never done. I came back to the store multiple times, and each visit I was told the same thing: it would get resolved soon. It never was. Worse, they held onto my glasses for six months and did absolutely nothing with them. No call, no email, no text, no update of any kind. I had to keep chasing them every step of the way.
Dr. Sun was super helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly, and took care of all my issues with my glasses and dry eyes. The receptionist/tech was very friendly, helpful, and fast with the exams. And the person in the store was also very helpful, got me the frames that I wanted, and answered all my questions about lens care. I've been going here with the same team for about 2-3 years, and it's always a fantastic and fast experience. As long as this team remains here I will keep going here!
The tech was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. He was able to ascertain my wife's and my insurance coverages. He even adjusted my old glasses. Listening to and watching the way other techs dealt with customers led me to believe they are all like him at this location. The promotional discount he gave me was a huge plus. The office arrangement made it very easy to select a pair of glasses, as they are arranged according to the shapes of the lenses, which is smart. I highly recommend this Visionworks!
For years I exclusively came to Visionworks, not anymore. This is the second time you all exhausted my lens/frame allotment with insurance even though no purchase has been completed at all. When inquiring with your staff, I'm told that it's my responsibility to contact my insurance company to clear up the confusion. You all submitted it to insurance, this is your responsibility. I'll never be returning to this, or any Visionworks location ever again once this mess is sorted. Be better.
