If you value respectful treatment, I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. I had a deeply disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. At the front desk, a woman greeted me with coldness and dismissiveness. I asked a simple question about whether the optometrist accepted my insurance, and was told “no” with no explanation, no alternatives, and no willingness to help. What should have been a routine inquiry turned into an uncomfortable and unwelcoming encounter. When I politely asked if I could speak directly with the optometrist to clarify something, I was told it wasn’t possible. The staff member continued to treat me with visible contempt, as if I were unwelcome from the start. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Later, I learned that the Mexican woman had spoken to the optometrist, and she distorted our interaction with a false story, which seemed like an attempt to deflect responsibility and avoid any follow-up. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any healthcare facility. Think twice before going to this place! I do not recommend Tomball Vision Clinic to anyone who values respectful treatment and honest communication. Patients deserve to be welcomed, listened to, and treated with dignity, especially when they seek care and bring business to the clinic.
I absolutely love this place and am so thankful for Dr. Ditta! He has served my family so well for almost a decade!! Thank you for serving your community🥰
Dr. Ditta has a wealth of knowledge in his field. I have a special circumstance with one eye and he knew right away how it should be treated. I’ve seen him twice for yearly exams and both times he’s been friendly, kind and very professional. I’ve been in the office a handful of times. The front office staff could use a little more training on customer service. While they are professional enough to get the job done, it’s not a welcoming feeling when you walk in the door. They’ve seemed tired and bored when I’ve been there.
Went in for an eye appointment and needed glasses. Specifically asked for glasses for the computer. Spent over 300 dollars and ended up with a par of glasses collecting dust. Have reached out for help three times with NO reps we or engagement. Would not recommend going here for eye care!
