The entire experience was professional, timely, friendly and relaxed. I had a comprehensive eye exam, ordered new glasses and am very satisfied with the experience. Due to my not having my insurance card/ID there was extra, personal attention required by AJ to get it all approved for insurance, which he did with only politeness and professionalism.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I came in for an eye exam and ordered a pair of sun glasses. After 6 visits, they agreed to redo the lens. However the quality of the lens was still not good. After 6 visits and leaving messages and being on hold, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager wanted to charge me for a second pair which is not right. This was an expensive glasses that I can’t use.
Highly recommend for kids, we had a great experience with Aj and learning how to put in contacts. So thankful!
The entire team here is friendly. Dr. Vu was efficient for my annual eye exam so if waiting drives you crazy, I did not experience that. Special shout out to Amandy for helping me navigate the process of picking out my new pair of frames. It’s an overwhelming process but she helped with narrowing it down based on my taste and even gives great feedback based on your features so you get just the right pair. They do a great job at breaking down what your insurance covers to help you make the final decision. Thank you and will be back every year for my exams.
