I had an excellent experience with Dr. Vadas and the entire team at Towne and Country Eyecare in Spencerport. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The office itself is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Vadas is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed during my appointment—she answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and their eye health. The staff was just as wonderful—helpful, attentive, and efficient when it came to scheduling, insurance, and picking out frames. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Dr. Vadas and Towne and County Eyecare to anyone looking for top-notch care and a friendly, professional environment.

Outstanding care and superb staff - I was in good hands getting my annual eye check up and getting treated. Dr Vardas is an incredible doctor- carefully explaining the various options for treatment and what all the tests were examining. I could not recommend her and her staff more highly- simply outstanding!

Everyone there is so pleasant and cordial. Very knowledgeable and they have all the newest technology to give you the best and thorough testing. Dr Hart is the best. I swear she knows everything and she’s like dealing with family. Doesn’t rush you out. She listens to everything you say. I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Outstanding care by a wonderful team. Dr. Vadas is an amazing eye doctor who really cares about the patients of the practice. She keeps things current with the latest technology and knowledge. All of the staff is friendly. I've been a patient there for well over 20 years and I've never encountered a grumpy employee. To me that says a lot about how the practice is managed. Reminders are sent via email and text. Also, forms are sent that way so you can complete them before your visit. Or if you're like me, you forget and have to fill them out when you arrive. Lol There's a wide selection of glasses for the entire family and always someone to help you sort out what fits your face, especially when your eyes are dilated. They have dedicated handicapped spots in front of the office with a ramp and more in the back lot. There's plenty of parking for everyone and you can access the back of the building via a ramp or stairs. Don't be fooled by the small town country setting and occasional whiff of farm life. Towne & County Eyecare is anything but small and well worth the visit.
