Laura Sherman is the most amazing healthcare provider I have ever had. She is wise and gentle and listens intently and CARES about her patients and it shows. I have been her patient for years and never want anyone else to care for me. TCCH IS Awesome. There was a time I was struggling to pay for healthcare and they were there for me and my child. Now, I choose them and will never go anywhere else. Laura is the Best. My husband an I love her.

I don't qualify for the sliding scale due to my hourly income, but am recovering financially and temporarily uninsured. I spoke with a few admins who told me different prices for a visit. One told me I could request 20% off the bill if I paid all at once, another told me that wasn't the case. No consistency in answer. Today, I confirmed my appointment through text and was contacted again about my method of payment. I planned to get back with them during my lunch break. Before I could, they blew my phone up, and proceeded to call all of my emergency contacts as well. If I have no insurance, and don't qualify for any stipend, how else was I going to pay? What was the point of all that? I never indicated during our previous conversations that I was going to skip on paying. The providers they have are okay. I really enjoyed checking in with Sherise Stark. Idk if this is how they usually treat their uninsured patients, or if this was just the actions of an overzealous admin. If it's the latter, I suggest they make a doctor's appointment too. Very weird...
TCCH provided a top notch experience!!! The facility appears new & very clean and All the staff were very efficient, caring, and professional. A positive experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you.
