I walked in with my daughter to get an eye exam and new glasses. I forgot the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was excellent, beyond exceptional service. He was very informative and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service. Thank you! I will mend this review with gentleman’s name when I pick up my glasses.

Kristin is absolutely a master at her craft, I bought a pair of glasses from a Walmart but happen to be here to pick up work supplies, I have been getting adjustments every weekend for a few months on new glasses this goes from worse to worse, Kristin can instantly see things are not what they should be and was gone in the back adjustment after adjustment I have never had someone take such time in setting up glasses but she knew where things need to be! I like Walmart because they use quality Nikon lenses and the prices are very good, a very big thank you to Kristin and highly recommend her-

Great friendly service!! Super prices for PolyCarb Bifocals, be sure to tell them to leave off all the failure prone coatings and watch the price DROP!! Got a prescription filled a 7 years back here and the lenses are still looking great. Hopefully the new ones last and last too.

Listen I get that it’s Walmart and nothing fancy but your male doctor doesn’t have to be an absolute jerk. Sorry we wanted you to sign the prescription YOU forgot to sign. Then make us wait half an hour to wait for us to leave then purposely sign it once you know we drove away? Get a new job where you don’t have to talk to people.

I went into Walmart Vision (Vero Beach) intending to buy new glasses because mine had broken. Trevor offered to take a look and see if he could repair them instead. He took about five minutes and came back with my glasses completely fixed — good as new. He wouldn’t charge me or even accept a tip. As a UK student staying in the USA, that kindness and level of customer service really stood out. Absolutely outstanding service from Trevor. Thank you again Trevor, what a guy!
