Jimmy is the BEST and made my experience easy and fast. He even made a free pair of glasses for me on the spot since the other ones were gonna be shipped and I had lost mine in the ocean. He is delightful and extremely helpful and went out of his way to make my experience good. Thanks again!!
I just want to say this store rules!!! I got glasses about 3 weeks ago and they were so kind and the store helped me out a lot as well as for a great price. I ended up losing my glasses a week later on my motorcycle and couldn’t find them. Probably smashed by a car. I had no insurance and asked what they could do. Within a week I will have a brand new pair with no charge. I love these guys have been coming for years and will keep coming! They are great to their customers!
I want to specifically thank Jimmy for going above and beyond not only when my daughter initially got her glasses, but also recently helping me replace her broken glasses. Acts of kindness like his should never go unnoticed. In a world where everything feels rushed and transactional, he reminded me that there are still people who truly care. I would recommend this office and especially Jimmy to absolutely any and everyone!
One of the worst things to ever make remote is an eye doctor.. no mention of this on the website, and the tech inside the store still had me do basic exam on machine but had to wait for a remote dr who ultimately wasn’t even available… waste of time #1 stop falsely advertising availability in the evening when there is none #2 put on the website the dr is remote, I would never step foot in a place where the doctor isn’t even present on site.. No puns intended This place is a joke. When they have deals like that listed it usually is a catch somewhere .. and I caught it.. now I’m throwing it back.. I hate shopping around but Better options elsewhere
