Stopped into Americas Best store on SR 60 in Vero Beach to fill my eyeglass prescription. My wife and I were immediately greeted by Shakira at the front desk. We explained to her that we wanted to do and Shakira readily pointed out the frame choices to us. She advised us to choose a frame and come back to the desk. She was wonderful! She then directed us to a desk where we were cordially greeted by Customer Service agent, Hayley. She proceeded to take the prescription order and explained in detail all of my options regarding what type of lenses were going to be the best for me. I really appreciated that since this was going to be my first set of prescription glasses. She pointed out quite a few options. She was extremely pleasant throughout! Extremely satisfied with the Customer Service we received at this store. We will be back soon to fill my wife's prescription as well! Thank you ladies!!🙏

I travel for work, so I often visit different locations. But by far this is THE WORSE location I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my temporary contacts. I’ve been told 2 different stories and end result is still the same. Contacts have not been ordered. They’re quick to charge for an eye exam but they ok with letting they’re customers wait without any call backs. Apparently there’s never any real doctors present on site. Please visit LensCrafters or Stanton Optical.

Everyone is beyond friendly and accommodating! Alice was so knowledgeable and kind. Even when we had a little mix up on my account, she helped me fix it quickly and kindly. This is the best location I’ve been to!
