Trend Eye Care

As a first-time glasses wearer, going to Trend Eye Care was a great experience from start to finish. Setting up my appointment was easy, and I was able to be seen within a week. The staff was welcoming and professional throughout my visit. The Dr was kind and did a great job of explaining the eye exam to me, as I had not had one before. She was also honest when I asked about the necessity of getting a prescription lens, as I do not need a very strong prescription. Following my exam, Kat helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames! She was honest, patient, and kind. I never felt rushed to make a choice, nor did she push me to spend more than I was comfortable with. When I went to pick up my glasses, Dawn helped me along the way. She reviewed my script with me, explained what everything meant in detail, and was able to answer all of my questions. She made sure that I was happy with the frames that I purchased and encouraged me to reach out if any other questions came up or if the prescription needed to be adjusted. I really appreciate all of the support! I would recommend Trend Eye Care to any friends & family!

I had a fantastic experience at Trend Eye Care from start to finish. Even though I was a walk-in, the process was efficient. As a new wearer, they clearly explained the process for contact lenses, were very transparent, and answered any questions I had. The Dr. was kind, knowledgeable, and personable as well. She clearly explained what different results meant as well as taking the time to walk through different questions and concerns I had. For the contact lens testing, I was very clearly guided through the process with kindness and encouragement. Everyone I encountered was warm, helpful, and friendly. I will certainly be returning here for any future eye care needs!

They also have a fantastic selection of frames and were genuinely so helpful with frames I had that needed adjustment. The level of care and personal attention was exceptional. I've been going to Trend Eye Care for a few years. They're always quick to get me in, and the staff is lovely! Kat was so sweet, helpful, and patient when I was picking out sunglasses after my most recent appointment. I recently went back, and Jahan quickly repaired my old (non-Trend Eye Care) frames and helped me choose a replacement. The whole staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the doctors are always efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Trend Eye Care :)

Excellent service, loved the doctor. Did not feel rushed and Ed I believe his name was, helped the entire frame selection process. Was probably the most helpful eye care experience that I have had. Albeit a bit pricey for glasses there, will definitely be back for my frames this week!
