Had such a great visit today! Eye exam was super quick and all the ladies up front were so warm and friendly! Special shout out to Jay!! She literally was so patient in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses! 10/10 would recommend!!
Absolutely adore the staff at this location! Toya at the front desk is always super welcoming and accommodating. I had an optometrist appointment in late March and felt so cared for that I suggested my partner come here for her eye care as well. We came back a few weeks later to try on eyeglasses and received incredibly neighborly service from Jay. There are so many other members of the staff who are always so friendly whose names I forgot to write down, but I am deeply grateful for their professionalism, care, and HONEST feedback when committing to new eyewear. They're very understanding and helpful when it comes to managing insurance and co-pay costs and did not push any upsells on me, focusing only on my genuine needs. Bonus: the music is always fantastic!
Excellent experience at Trend Eye Care. Dr. Karolina Pasierb was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. A special thank you to Simone, who was incredibly patient while helping me choose my frames. She took her time, explained all my insurance discounts and billing options, and made the whole process easy and stress free. Her customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
