I had an excellent experience at Central Eye Care today. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Lupus, so I have to take my eye health very seriously and wanted to make sure any concerns were thoroughly evaluated. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. I truly felt heard, respected, and reassured throughout my appointment. The office is new, so clean, organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It’s refreshing to find a medical team that is compassionate and takes the time to provide personalized care. I’m very grateful for the excellent experience and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care, especially if you have a complex medical condition like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or Lupus. Luna was great! She showed me many options and also educated me as well. I left with 2 pairs of glasses including the Ray Ban AI glasses. I'm a happy customer! I highly recommend this store and big up to Luna!

I can confidently say there is no better ophthalmologist in the Bronx than Dr. Chu. He treated my children with so much professionalism, patience, and empathy throughout the entire visit. He also helped correct the prescription for my kids’ glasses because their previous prescriptions were inaccurate, and the difference has been amazing. We had such an excellent experience from beginning to end. Wendy was also incredibly kind and helpful when assisting us in finding the best glasses options for my children. The prices were very accessible, and honestly, I don’t think any other clinic can match them. I am beyond happy and satisfied with our experience. We are definitely switching clinics and making Central Eye Care the permanent eye care clinic for my two children. Thank you so much for your amazing care and attention!

Had a great experience with Luna and the team at Central eye care. It is one of the most pleasant places to shop for your eyewear and they have a large selection of some of the best glasses out. Customer service was excellent. I recommend anyone to go there.

I love the customer services here, they were very underStanding and nice. They were very patient with you and my glasses came in really fast! I was able to try as many as I need to feel comfortable and they gave me the time possible to pay what I need to pay. One of the staff from the front desk was very understanding her name is Wendy and she gave me so much peace, please ask for her when you go! ☺️
