Eye doctor was extremely rude to my daughter 9 year old !! shes a kid obviously shes going to not understand some things he got mad she moved a different way and didn’t even try looking at the real problem again. Definitely not coming back the one by little village is way better !!
Extremely unprofessional! I was refused my prescription after paying for my glasses and when I was giving my prescription certain numbers were scratched off. Extremely unacceptable!

Went into my appointment me and my daughter had to day didn’t take me because I didn’t have my insurance or I.d card. Only found out about my appointment because I called to see when it was and the person that answered me didn’t mention to bring my insurance and I.d card she just said I’ll confirm and hung up. I work at a clinic so I know insurance and I.d are asked when it’s a new patient coming in or insurances has changed. So I do know my information is saved no matter how long I have not gone. Asked to speak to a manger and they lady there told me it was going to be 25 mins wait to speak to her, asked to speak to the dr same lady told me the dr has no authority there. I seen the dr just sitting in his desk. It was so unprofessional I would not treat my patients like this at my clinic. I was so upset because I drove and hr away and waiting for months to be seen
Called to confirm appointment asked if my insurance was taken they said yes. When I finally show up to my appointment they say they don't cover anything with my insurance. Then why ask about my insurance over the phone and confirm you take it then? Not very professional. Waste of time. Not going there again.
