True Eye Experts

I’ve had a great experience with the team at TruEye Experts in New Tampa. I stopped by with a custom pair of Cartier eyeglasses that had a loose piece on the frame, and they were able to take care of it right away. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took the time to explain what type of specialized tool the frames require, which I really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they know their craft and care about their customers. It’s not easy trusting someone with a pair of glasses that cost over $2,000, but they handled them with care and professionalism from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a business with knowledgeable staff and such excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TruEye Experts to anyone looking for quality eye care and optical services.

Great customer care. The technicians are friendly and understand the patients concerns. Dr Teske is all about maintaining the patient informed on the eye exam and explaining the reports and answering all questions. We recommend his services to all who need eye care and examinations.

I work in the plaza here in New Tampa and as I lost a screw for one of my reading glasses I went in and asked if they could help me out with a screw. They were very friendly accommodating and he said he would take care of it but no charge place is clean. Very friendly staff. I recommend it if you're in the area for eyeglasses. And they have high-end as well glasses like Coach and Michael Kors Gucci.

I have been a patient in this practice for several years, but have been frustrated by the wait times during my last several visits. This time, after close to 30 minutes of initial diagnostics, I was placed in a room alone and was told the doctor would see me next. 45 minutes later, I had enough and simpy walked out. I think Dr. Teske is a fine optometrist, but not worth the time spent waiting in his office.

Dr. Sam Teske is a world class Eye Doctor! The best in the business in my opinion! So knowledgable and so caring. Class Act! Never met his equal! His entire staff are all professionals and attentive! Such a great experience each time I go!
