Dr Gonzalez is great to work with. Gives advice and listens to what you want to do. Prices were better than expected and selection of frames was great! The whole staff was welcoming and personable. Highly recommend Truly Eye Care
This was my first experience at Truly Eye Care after moving to the Orlando area from Naples. I am extremely pleased and so excited that I have a beautiful and trusted office and staff I can rely on for all of my eye care needs! I bought gorgeous new glasses and ordered my first contacts which was something I’ve been wanting to do for a while but always a bit nervous and never pulled the trigger. Dr. Jennifer made me feel comfortable right away, was extremely patient through the trial and error of figuring out my prescription, and took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed. The entire staff was friendly, warm and welcoming and listened to all of my questions and sat with me as I learned to work with my new contacts without ever rushing me. Dr. Gonzalez and her team were exceptional. I went in with eye issues and left with clearly communicated next steps and peace of mind. The office is beautiful and the team is very helpful. Highly reccomended!
Truly Eye Care can remove me from their patient files because I won’t be back. I specifically scheduled a routine eye exam and they slipped in an unnecessary scan (that didn’t diagnose anything) to get an additional $39 from me. I think I speak for everyone when I say transparency is key! If a patient schedules one thing… SCHEDULE THAT ONE THING AND BE DONE! 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️
