The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Korieocha, who helped me with my eye exams was amazing. Very patient, caring, and thorough. I felt really comfortable throughout my visit, which made dealing with my eye condition so much easier. The staff even helped me to pick out the best frames to fit my narrow face. I left feeling confident, reassured, and really happy with my glasses. Highly recommend!!
The first time I came I was so impressed by how good Dr. Korieocha was at walking me through every step and understanding all the details of my eye-care, she is exceptionally knowledgeable and I never feel rushed. However, she is not the only reason Truway is the best. I look forward to seeing the ladies in the front office everytime I come in. They are the best team - friendly, experienced, and so helpful. Special thanks to Sia for suggesting my current frames, I get so many compliments!
The staff was very nice and pleasant, the optometrist was amazing, told me everything I needed to know as she did the exam, very professional.
The older assistant is very invasive. I don’t think she understands the difference between doing her job and over stepping boundaries. When I brought my child the first time she kept overstepping when it came to the frames I felt would be a fit for MY child. She would make comments by telling me it’s not my decision to make on what goes on a 6 year olds face. As a parent I don’t feel that I have to explain anything to anyone as to why im choosing anything my child wears. Anyway, we end up not getting frames because nothing fit my daughters face and she told me it doesn’t matter because it was just her first pair of glasses, AGAIN invasive…when I found a pair of glasses that fit and brought them in she looked at them and asked if they fit I said “yea why wouldn’t they?” She goes “im just making sure you know her size because these are small.” I said “why wouldn’t I, im her mother.” All in all I don’t care how young of a parent I look. She needs to know her place and stay in it.
Dr. K is super pleasant and informative. Best eye exam I ever had, truly. And the staff at the front are nice too.
