I had the pleasure of visiting TSO today as a new patient, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The doctor (Dr. Carter) was not only professional and timely but also incredibly pleasant—you can tell she truly loves what she does. She was thorough in explaining everything, which I greatly appreciated because, let’s be real, you don’t play around when it comes to your eyes! Her knowledge and friendliness made the visit enjoyable, and while I didn’t get a chance to purchase frames this time, she had a great selection. I’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for an eye care professional who knows their stuff and communicates wonderfully, I highly recommend her. I’ll be sharing her name with family and friends. Your eyes deserve the best, and she delivers!🤓

Dr. Carter made sure she called me back after calling a few times. I had originally left a bad review because I had been calling. But when I found out she is the only one in this office made things different. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She's actually way more interactive than most eye doctors.

Dr. Carter was incredible! She was so patient with me and helped me pick out glasses that looked great on me. I didn't feel rushed at all and she took the time to explain things to me in great detail. Overall great experience, would recommend!

Dr Carter and her staff Jay and Perla are wonderful. They are all so caring and take the time to give really individualized treatment. I never feel like they are rushing and Dr. Carter remembered every detail from my last visit over a year ago including personal preferences. Can't say enough good things about them!

Dr. Carter and her staff were wonderful during my visit. They were attentive and didn't rush through anything. They clearly take pride in what they do. I admire Dr. Carter for her straightforward approach about how I need to take better care of my eyes, but it came out of genuine concern instead of something she's supposed to say. Her staff are very knowledgeable and were excellent about making sure I got the most out of what my insurance covers. This is definitely my new location for eye care.
