Amazing. It was My first visit for My daughter Zara and every single employee was amazing, great attitude, great atmosphere. Amazing with My 6yr old, she was very nervous and they made her comfortable. Thank you all so much for the good experience!
Highly recommend. After spending hundreds of dollars on glasses I really don’t need at previous offices, I finally found Drs that don’t push for new glasses every visit. In fact they’ve told me I don’t need one the last two visits. Dr. Masters is great at explaining everything. Our entire family uses TSO. They’ve seen Dr. Nguyen and think highly of her as well. Great group all around.
I had a wonderful experience at Texas State Optical Mansfield! From the moment I walked in, everyone—from the front desk to billing—was welcoming, professional, and truly helpful. Dr. Trishna Masters is incredibly approachable and down to earth. She takes great care of her patients while also being efficient—getting you in and out without ever feeling rushed. A special thank you to Tina, who helped me select frames and lens features. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!
I was struggling with an apparent eye ulcer for a couple of days and my usual eye doctor was unable to see me immediately. I called this place asking if they could see me as the pain was only getting worse. They immediately said they could squeeze me in the same day. Thank goodness for this place. They took care of me and helped me find relief. Staff was very professional and helpful. The doctor was wonderful and made me feel like a priority. Will definitely return!
While this was a new place to me, it was pleasant. The front desk was welcoming, not long to wait since i had an appointment. The eye technician was kind and efficient. Dr. Nguyen was so sweet, warm and very knowledgeable in her answers as well as information. Moving through through the whole exam process was less scary for me since the last time at another place. I really liked the new machine that replaced the eye puffer! I do think that there should be more than one or two selections from my insurance that are within my price budget on display and not in the back for me to look at. We will see the out come once they arrive. I did choose some very nice looking frames & hope to have them within 3 weeks.
