Hightly recommend. This place is cutting edge. Dr Jeske is amazing. Very genuine and good at what he does. 2nd time in a row the best job at narrowing down my prescription perfectly. Ive had glasses for 30 years and he as been the best. The rest of this team is very genuine and helpful. Love all your choices of glasses and they can work with you find the right one!

As a senior citizen who has struggled with double vision for a few years now, I decided it was time to try a new optometrist. Boy howdy! I am ever glad I made the switch. Up until I made the change, I had been getting by with one-direction prisms in my lenses. After a thorough exam, Dr. Jeske determined I needed prisms in both directions. What a difference it has made! My confidence in my sight is back, and I am enjoying safe driving, live theater, and movies without my eyes going double. In the course of examining my eyes, Dr. Jeske also determined I have Age-related Macular Degeneration/AMD and prescribed a supplement which I take daily to try to hold this eye disease at bay. And Dr. Jeske himself? What an all-around good guy. He was friendly and kind from the get-go. He never seems rushed for time, and he takes whatever time is needed to make sure I understand what he is telling me about my eyes. And the office? It is staffed with people who are very professional, helpful and friendly. The communication, both in person and via phone, email and text is way above the norm, at least in my experience. The office environment is lovely with modern decor and state-of-the-art equipment. If you are looking for a new eye care person, I highly recommend you give Tumwater Eye Center a try.

Taking my 12 year old in to have her eyes checked today and having Dr Finch doubt shes having troubles seeing was rather uncalled for today. I'm not sure if he normally only sees adults but that may be the best option if he is like this with children. My daughter had concerns of not being able to see the white board in school when it starts and he told her he couldnt fix that? She may have 20/20 vision as stated and astigmatism, but her concerns were legitimate. Seriously.....not impressed in the least. The last visit we saw Dr. Jeske who was wonderful with her.

From making the appointment, to the exam, and then picking out new frames, my experience could not have been better. Everyone is very kind and most importantly very competent. I’m so glad my friend mentioned Tumwater Eye Center to me. I will be continuing to receive my care here.

I had gone to a different eye doctor for decades but the issue I’ve been having was never resolved. Several people had recommended Dr. Jeske to me so I scheduled an appointment and within 5 minutes he diagnosed my condition, gave me solutions and finally hope. But he was so kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing an optometrist!
