I have been a patient at VanVision for over ten years. Dr. Ly has been a consistently attentive eye care provider, who has not only provided comprehensive annual exams, but has also identified other eye issues that needed additional medical attention. Dr. Ly and her staff have always been friendly, professional and very competent. She always takes the time to explain test results and patiently answers any additional questions I have.

VanVIsion is a welcoming business and always prompt with appointments. Dr. Li listens to my concerns and offers options for treatment and better vision. My husband will start seeing Dr. Li soon since his optometrist has retired. The office has convenient access and ample parking.

Very professional and friendly eye care. Comprehensive, high quality exams. Nice office with the latest technology. I'm sure other office are well equipped but the people and skill here make the difference. I do highly recommend VanVision.

I was rushed through my appointment. I was in and out so fast my head was spinning. Honestly, I felt more like a bother than a customer. When I went to the office for my appointment the woman doing the exam, was short with me. I asked a question about my eyes. She said oh ya it’s a little dry. It actually turned out to be dermatitis that I got medication for. Then she hurries me out and says I need to talk to her staff about glasses. Apparently I have to order them online. No one bothered to tell me or help me measure my eye distance for the glasses I need to order. As I came out, I stopped to get help from the lady in the lobby area for the measurements, who sent me out the door with nothing. I honestly hadn’t been thinking properly and was trusting these people to take care of me. I got home and looked at the website and realized I didn’t have all the information I needed.

Recently had an issue where I needed an emergency eye exam, recommended by my doctor. Van Vision was able to get me in the same day, within and hour and 1/2. I had been calling all over, and nobody had openings, and I was getting really stressed out. Not only was I able to get in quickly, but the optometrist was very thorough, and so incredibly nice. Really helped me and put my mind at ease. I love the new location, and I will be back again for my regular exam soon. Thank you so much!
