I am a fairly new patient just around 2 years. So far, I’m happy with Dr. Patel. Staff is really friendly and waiting room is clean and pleasant. Parking is a bit tight sometimes but I’ve been able to find street parking with no issues. Bummed that the optometry department is phasing out. Overall 👍

The 800 number to set up an appointment was horrible. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived there 15 minutes earlier. Nice and relaxing place. I had all forms completed online. They called me in for primary exam around 11:30. The eye examiner was very quick and did a very good job. It all took about 15 minutes. Then doctor showed up. He was rushing to complete the forms. Hardly looked at me while he was talking to me. He answered a few questioned and offered me a laser treatment. His entire examination and consulting took about 5 minutes and he directed me to lobby. Instructed staff to set up the time for laser treatment and went back to office without saying goodbye.. staff member gave the Cost of treatment per eye and wanted to set the time for next appointment which I did not want to do the laser treatment anyway. Over all it was interesting experience.
The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. My only complaint is that the time of the appointments are typically longer than told. I had a annual follow up eye appointment where I was told it would be around 15 minutes and ended up taking a little over an hour. So plan accordingly if trying to schedule appointments around lunch and work etc. The staff and quality of work is great though.
I have been going to Turner Eye Institute for 3 years and there’s no place I would want to care for my eyes outside of them. I wish they did everything to care for the eyes bc I would go anywhere else! ALL of the staff is pleasant, professional, empathetic to the whole self (not just the vision). If you have made an appointment by now, what’s stopping you?
For it being a big company, this office is great! Unassuming from the outside but clean and modern inside. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was a pleasure to work with. Very low stress and no wait. I had a great experience here yesterday.
