Tuskawilla Family Eye Care

I've been a patient of this office for years, and I intend to keep being their patient for years to come. The staff is so personable and knowledgable. I feel that I am treated with care and respect. I just made the switch from glasses to contacts, and I was very grateful that they made sure I was well-informed of my options for contacts, how to care for them, and how to safely insert and remove them. I have had immensely positive experiences with this team, and I would recommend them to my friends and family without a second thought.

I had the absolute best experience at Tuskawilla Family Eye Care. This is hands down the nicest medical office I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff was truly amazing! So kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all of my (very random!) questions without ever making me feel rushed or silly. They made me feel comfortable about my uneven eyebrows. Even helped me look for just the right frame and let me take a photo of my eye scan. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable and informed. If you’re looking for an eye care office where you’ll feel valued, heard, and well taken care of, this is it. I can’t recommend them enough! Iv’e already told all my friends family and coworkers!

What an experience! From the moment I walked in Laura greeting me with such a sincere friendliness, and gave me so much attention. Then I went on to meet Millie. She not only took great care of me but educated me along the way and got me prepared to meet Dr. Prado. May I say this was one of the best experiences ever. He not only took his time but was thorough in all that he needed to do. The team together solidified for me that this is my new optometry office. One more thing let me not leave out Lissette. She was helpful in my eye selection and understood what I was looking for. I always say ….if you are looking for a sign ….to book your appointment ….this is it. You will find the treasure that I did today.

I wear contacts and had trouble with the new prescription. They were aware that different brands make a difference even with the same prescription. They worked with me until I was satisfied.

They were willing to see me right at closing time and stayed over an hour past closing to assist my wife and I with my vision needs. UNBELIEVABLE AND IMPRESSIVE!!!! Unfortunately, I could not get this accomplished earlier due to scheduling issues but they never even knew about that. These ladies are SUPERIOR SERVICE PROVIDERS!!! Laura and Nicole are both AMAZING!!!! Professional, FRIENDLY, Helpful, Pleasant, and FUN to interact with!!! They got me what I desperately needed quickly and with great warmth and care as if I was their most important patient. Nicole saved me a lot of money due to her detailed skill set in the eye care industry. Nicole and Laura are so very IMPRESSIVE AND SO APPRECIATED!!!
