Everything was just a wonderful experience from the initial meet and greet, eye exam, and fitting for glasses. The complex is just a beautiful building and over 1000 frames to choose from! They took the time to listen and help me find the best solution to better eye sight. Very kind and courteous!

I called and let them know that I either needed to do the chair eye exam with the doctor first or to split the appointment to do the tests on a different day. They said no problem, we can do a “reverse order appointment” just let us know when you get here. I took off work early, drove an hour to go to the appointment, got called back and the tech took me to the room for the other tests, I reminded her that I needed reverse order, and she just said they don’t do that. I left as any eye exam for me that starts with the other tests is pointless, and will skew the results, and result in an incorrect prescription. They absolutely gave me inaccurate information over the phone and wasted my time.

Completely satisfied with the friendliness, safety and professionalism of the doctor and staff. I was seen promptly at the appointment time and moved through the exam and fitting without delay. All questions were answered and honest recommendations were shared. I would not hesitate to go back for future exams.

Wonderful experience as always! I've been coming to this office for several years now and they are always so welcoming and friendly. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this office enough. The Doctor, the technician, the nurse are all amazing people.

I am extra sensitive to light which made the imaging difficult. The tech and doctor both spent the time necessary to make sure they could see what was needed. I have been to other optometrists who just said “no need to worry about it” so I truly appreciate them being thorough.
